AGENDA
The Management Committee seek permission from Members to spend in excess of £25,000 to fully renovate the Outdoor greens.
Full quotes and information will be placed on the Management Committee noticeboard as soon as we have them.
A full discussion is necessary with members on the night – so please make every effort to attend this incredibly important meeting.
It is currently envisaged that this will be a multi-year plan/project.
QUORUM
In accordance with the Club Constitution, the quorum for all General Meetings shall be 30 full members.
VOTING
Full members of the Club will be entitled to vote at the Club Special General Meeting. All members may attend.
