Indoor Friendlies

Our Indoor Captain Steve Kerley would like to remind members who are picked for friendlies to tick their names once selected - please do not leave it to Steve to have to phone round at the last minute, he has plenty on his plate as it is!

Speaking of friendlies, we are a few names short for this Saturday's (21st Oct) coach trip to Riverain - the coach leaves the Club at 11am - please respond immediately to this e-mail or get in touch with the Club Office to have your name added for this usually well-supported annual fixture.

Club Competitions

As you may well have noticed by now, all the competitions have been drawn and placed on the noticeboard at the Club - they also appear on the Club website (click 'Log In' to be re-directed to the Microsite, you will find them on here)

Please arrange your games in plenty of time, to avoid the inevitable clamour for rink space close to the play-by dates.

A reminder the games need to be booked online, just pop your head in the Office if you need a reminder of how to do this.

Disc Games

The Supper League continues each Tuesday at 6:30pm and has been well supported so far, but there is still space for more players, no need to book each week - just turn up.

Similarly, the Novice Disc is picking up now in popularity, but there is still space for more players - if you require the list of dates please just reply to this email.

National Club Fixtures

The 2 main National Club competitions - the Denny Cup (men) and the Yetton Trophy (ladies) are both being held this coming Saturday - please come and support the players! The games commence at 10am.

Also, we are hosting the Liberty Trophy match of Essex v Kent on Saturday 28th October 10am. This will feature a number of internationals as well as the current National Singles champion, so the standard is set to be extremely high.
